On a daily basis for over 93 years, you have entrusted us with sharing all of life’s ups and downs - allowing us to spread feelings of love, comfort, and togetherness with our flowers in a way that you can’t quite put into words. The nature of our business has allowed us to be a part of some of the most meaningful times in people's lives – good and bad, happy and sad – and for that we are exceedingly grateful. The outpouring of support we have received from and seen in our community has shown us that while we have always strived to be there for you, you have always been there for us. As we reflect on how fortunate we are to be a part of such a wonderful and resilient community we are reminded that now - more than ever - we are all in this together.
 
Though our retail stores remain closed, we are accepting orders online and over the phone and making contactless deliveries to ensure we adhere to proper social distancing policies. We will leave your gift for the recipient on their doorstep and call to notify them the delivery has been made.
 
After our reopening, we were proud to start a campaign to donate $5 of every order to Philabundance. Thanks for your incredible support, we were able to make a donation of over $10,000 to Philadbundance to help in their efforts to feed those in need during this unprecendented time. Thank you to all of our customers and to our community for showing the best in all of us through this trying time - we look forward to continuing to serve you.

Yes, we are accepting orders over the phone and online and have implemented a contactless delivery policy. All gifts will be left on the doorstep for the recipient and we will call them to notify them that the delivery has been made.

Our retail stores are closed indefinitely to help ensure the health and safety of our community. We can be reached over the phone at 215.836.3050 on Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm or via email at info@robertsonsflowers.com at any time.

At this time, we are only authorized to perform deliveries and are unable to offer pick ups at any of our locations. We are continually monitoring the government mandates at a state and local level and will update this policy as soon as we are permitted to do so.

We require a recipient phone number for every delivery to ensure that any issues that arise can be addressed quickly and efficiently. If no one is home, we will leave a message to let them know we have a gift for them and to call us to reschedule a delivery at their convenience. If for any reason there is an issue with the product after it has been delivered, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

As always, if an item is unavailable we will substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value. If we need to make multiple substitutions, we will call you for approval.
