• Reward Points are only earned through a purchase on our website.
• Reward Points earned or redeemed do not apply to tax or delivery.
• Reward Points may be redeemed for website purchases only and have no cash value. Reward Points cannot be redeemed in store or on orders placed over the phone. 
• Reward Points may be redeemed at the levels listed on our website. 
• Reward Points are not earned on orders where Reward Points have been redeemed. 
• Some items and/or orders are excluded from earning points such as Gift Cards.
• Reward Points cannot be redeemed on Gift Card purchases. 
• Reward Points can only be redeemed on orders for delivery within Robertson's Flowers local delivery area. Orders outside our local area require that we partner with a local florist and they will not accept Reward Points.
• Reward Points are only available to registered online members that are logged into their account.
• Reward Points are earned and redeemable by the e-mail address on account only.
• Reward Points are non-transferable.
• Reward Points may not be applied to accounts prior to 24 hours from the time of purchase. 
• Reward Points are accumulated by current purchases only.
• Members must be 18 years or older to earn Reward Points.
• Unused points expire after 3 years.
• We hold the right to cancel an account at any time.
• Memberships without any activity after a year may be cancelled without notice.
• Accounts will be audited monthly and any suspicious activity will be inactivated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law when necessary.

You can redeem your Petal Points Reward points at checkout on our website (robertsonsflowers.com) for all orders being delivered in our local delivery area. You must have at least 250 points in your account to redeem them towards an order.
